• the content does not infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright, trade mark, confidentiality, privacy, publicity, or database rights;
• the content is not defamatory, misleading, deceptive, malicious, or unlawful;
• any factual claims are made honestly and to the best of your knowledge;
• any opinions expressed are genuinely held opinions;
• you have disclosed any material connection, sponsorship, payment, affiliate relationship, token holding, or conflict of interest relevant to the content; and
• the submission does not contain hidden advertising, undisclosed paid promotion, or scam-related material.

5.6 AI-Assisted Content

If you use AI tools or automated tools to help create content, you remain fully responsible for the final submission.

AI assistance does not reduce your responsibility for originality, legality, accuracy, disclosure, or quality. DigiByte.live may reject, edit, request revision of, or remove content that is low-value, misleading, spam-like, unverified, overly generic, or not in line with our editorial standards. We may also require contributors to disclose AI-assisted creation where we consider it appropriate.

5.7 Images, Media, and Third-Party Materials
